Physicians

Referrals

Please send referrals by fax to 778-475-5913

Please include patient demographics, relevant imaging, and a chart summary.

If your patients have any questions about the procedure and what to expect, please refer them to our website and our patient page for more information.

There is no special referral form. Referrals are triaged by one of our clinicians and wait times vary by suspected pathology.

We consult and make a diagnosis, all patients referred for EMGs see a physician and we use ultrasound to aid in diagnostics as we see fit.

Pathologies

Some of the common neuromuscular pathologies we test for include:

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS)
  • Ulnar neuropathy and other focal peripheral neuropathies (Tarsal tunnel syndrome)
  • Peripheral polyneuropathy
  • Radiculopathy
  • Tendinopathy
  • Osteoarthritis

Tests

  • Electromyography (EMG)
  • Nerve conduction studies (NCS)
  • Peripheral nerve ultrasound
  • MSK Ultrasound

Treatments

We offer and recommend a range of innovative treatments to help your patients manage their pathology and restore function in the body, including splinting, activity modification, corticosteroid injections, platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections, and exercise prescription.
